Executive Coaching that changes how you lead
Most leaders hit a ceiling they can feel but cannot name. We help you find it, understand it, and move past it through structured one-to-one coaching grounded in real business context.
Book a discovery callThe challenge
Promotion doesn't come with a manual
You were promoted because you delivered results. But the skills that got you here, deep technical knowledge, long hours, personal execution, are not the skills that will carry you through the next five years.
Senior roles demand something different: the ability to influence without authority, to make decisions with incomplete data, and to build a team that performs even when you are not in the room. These are learnable skills, but almost nobody teaches them inside an organisation.
What we do about it
A coaching partnership with teeth
We pair you with a coach who has operated at board level and understands the pressures you face. Sessions run fortnightly for a minimum of six months, giving enough time for real behavioural change to take root.
Between sessions you work on specific assignments: a difficult conversation you have been avoiding, a delegation plan for a project you are holding too tightly, or a stakeholder map that reveals where your influence is weakest. We review what happened, adjust the approach, and keep moving.
How it works
Four stages, no filler
Diagnostic conversation
A 90-minute session where we map your current role, your aspirations, and the gap between them. No questionnaires beforehand; we prefer to listen first.
Coaching agreement
We agree on three to five focus areas, a session cadence, and how progress will be measured. Your line manager can be involved at this stage if you choose.
Ongoing sessions
Each 60-minute session follows a consistent structure: review the assignment, explore what happened, extract the lesson, set the next challenge. Sessions happen via video or in person.
Progress review
At the three-month and six-month marks we step back and assess overall movement against the original goals. This is where the shift becomes visible to others.
What we offer
Three coaching formats
One-to-one executive coaching
The core of what we do. Twelve fortnightly sessions over six months, each 60 minutes. Designed for directors, VPs, and senior managers who need a private space to think, plan, and rehearse difficult leadership moments. Pricing starts at £3,200 for the full programme.
Leadership team coaching
For teams of four to eight leaders who need to work better together. We facilitate monthly half-day sessions focused on collective decision-making, conflict patterns, and strategic alignment. Runs for six to nine months depending on the team's needs.
Transition coaching
A shorter, sharper engagement for leaders in the first 100 days of a new role. Six sessions over three months, with a focus on quick wins, relationship building with new stakeholders, and avoiding the common traps that derail newly appointed executives.
Tangible outcomes
What changes after coaching
Faster, clearer decisions
Clients report spending less time deliberating and more time acting. One operations director cut her average decision cycle from twelve days to three by learning to distinguish between reversible and irreversible choices.
Stronger direct reports
When leaders stop doing the work themselves, their teams grow. A finance VP who went through our programme saw two of his team members promoted within a year because he finally gave them room to lead.
Greater visibility with the board
We coach you on how to present to senior stakeholders: what to include, what to leave out, and how to handle the questions that follow. Several clients have credited their coaching with securing board-level sponsorship for major initiatives.
Less Sunday-night dread
This one matters. When you feel competent and in control of your week, the anxiety that creeps in on Sunday evening fades. Coaching gives you a plan, and a plan gives you calm.

Let's talk about what you need
The first step is a short conversation. Tell us about your role, what prompted you to look for coaching, and what a good outcome would look like. We will suggest a format and match you with the right coach.
